Firmware recovery and factory reset

1SD card

Power off the device, remove its microSD card and put it in this computer. Then choose the card itself, not a folder on it.

2Prepare the card

Factory reset and install firmware
Erases the card and all device settings. Use when the device can't be reached. Install firmware only
Keeps the device's settings and everything else on the card. Save the device logs first (downloads a .zip to send to PacketFlux support if needed) Save the whole card, not just the logs
