Known Issues and Workarounds in Latest Firmware Release
Applicable to Firmware Version 20260208
The following are bugs known to exist in the latest firmware. The status of the bug in relation to our internal development version is described below.
Not fixable in software
- The port voltage on some Revision H0 5 Channel Power Distribution Units will read much higher than the correct value (at least 30V high). This is the result of some modules in this range being assembled with an extra resistor. This only affects some (not all) of the revision H0 modules with serial numbers between 98304 and 98572. If you have one of these units and the voltage is reading high, and you'd like to fix it to read the correct voltage, please contact us. We can send you instructions on how to remove the errant resistor or can arrange to have the unit sent to us to remove the resistor. This reading is only cosmetic - it does not affect proper operation of the PDU itself.
